Life can take so much, but helping someone reclaim parts of themselves that were hidden or stolen is powerful. I guide people to see they still have choices and remind them they are worthy of self-love, hope, and genuine joy. I work with clients who have experienced trauma and feel unheard or overwhelmed. I have two master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I support clients with depression, DID, sexual assault, and more by creating a safe space to be seen, heard, and empowered to rewrite their story. You don’t have to carry everything alone.
